Who We Are
Circle K is the world's largest non-Greek
collegiate service and leadership organization, and is sponsored by
Kiwanis International. Its three focuses are service, fellowship, and
leadership. MSOE Circle K is one of twenty-one clubs in the
Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District, which is one of thirty districts in
Circle K International.
What We Do
MSOE Circle K offers our members many
opportunities to serve the communities of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan,
the communities surrounding downtown Milwaukee, and our campus
community. Circle K is well known for sponsoring annual blood drives
through the Blood Center each fall and spring at MSOE.
One of our main service projects is "Meaningful
Makeover" where we design and buy the supplies to redecorate a room for a
family at the Salvation Army Emergency Lodge.
You can also participate in District events and meet people from
different schools. Each fall and spring Circle K members go to Camp
Wawbeek, an Easter Seals camp in Wisconsin Dells, to clean up for
campers and get acquainted with new club members from around the
District. Many clubs around the District also hold events through out
the year that we attend.
Circle K is not all service activities, but fun social activities
too. Some of our activities this last year was pizza/movie parties, ice
cream runs, ropes and challenge course, rock climbing, and Frisbee
golf.
We are always open to new ideas for service activities and social
activities so come to our meetings and voice your opinions and
ideas!!
Several club positions are available for the 2008-2009 administrative
year. If you are interested in any of the committee positions listed
here, please contact Sherri Biendarra, Secretary, at

All work and no play makes Circle K seem pretty boring. Fortunately,
Circle K is an awesome way to meet new people and have a lot of fun. By
getting involved with club level service and social activities, you can
begin to develop long lasting friendships with the other members of your
club. By spending time at the events sponsored by other clubs in the
district, you can meet people from different schools and make
connections with other clubs that could be very beneficial when planning
activities for your own club. Get involved and meet new people by
attending some of the events listed here.
